Bitcoin vs Ethereum: You have $1M to invest across these two blockchain technologies by buying bitcoins and ethers – the digital assets or “cryptocurrencies” that power these decentralized computer networks. You cannot touch your investment for the next 5 years. How much of that $1M do you invest in each? Why?
Bitcoin and Ethereum are both versions of blockchain technology, but there are significant differences in their purpose, adoption and application. In terms of market performance on Kraken and other digital asset exchanges where bitcoin and ether are traded, both have been dominant in their own way. Bitcoin was released over 6 years earlier and currently has almost 10x the market cap of Ethereum (as of August 2016). But in the past year the price of ethers has appreciated over 10x compared to about 3x for bitcoins, and Ethereum has taken a strong second place position in market cap at around 5x that of any other digital asset besides Bitcoin.
While many have argued that Bitcoin and Ethereum are complementary rather than competing technologies, others see Ethereum as Bitcoin’s strongest rival. Even if they are complementary, one may prove the better investment over the next 5 years and that’s where you come in. Presentations should be accessible to a wider audience with no special knowledge of blockchain technology. However, we want to be wowed by your sophisticated insight and thorough analysis of the new digital asset class.
Alguien sabe que pasa con Kraken que no me deja vender bitcoin a pesar de que tengo 2 bitcoin en cuenta? No sé si es a mi o es un problema generalizado…

Kraken caído… que oportuno…
Algo a debido de pasar. Ha estado un rato dando mal la cotización XBTEUR.
De echo marca el mínimo en 847 pero esos cruces estoy seguro que no ocurrieron.
Estoy utilizando Kraken por primera vez, hago un retiro de bitcoin y el estado me aparece : On Hold; qué más tengo que hacer para que haga el envio definitivo? pensé que ya estaba confirmando…

Muchos fallos en Kraken estos días. La gente de varios grupos de telegram se quejaban de que durante el dump no completaba ninguna orden de venta.
A mi por suerte me pillo con todo el pescado vendido

Me podrías decir cual es ese grupo de Telegram y si es posible que me puedan añadir? Por desgracia a mi tampoco me saltó el stop y perdí un buen cachito…
Que es lo que pasa con Kraken? No sé si es por mi torpeza que estoy haciendo algo mal pero ya es la segunda vez que me pasa (y encima seguidas…) Ayer por la noche la cotización de bitcoin estaba a 1130€ y tenía 3 bitcoin comprados y con el stoploss a 1105€. Esta mañana cuando me he levantado he visto que sufrió un dumpazo y el precio estaba en 1080€ pero no me pilló la venta de los 3 bitcoin.
A alguien más le pasa esto? Cual podría ser la solución?
yo puse mi venta en 1.100€ y me funcionó perfectamente :S
a mi tambien me a pasado que no salte el stop varias veces y no meta la orden de venta.
Parece que tiene preferencia las ordenes de venta del dump que la orden de meter tus ordenes de venta porque salto el stop
el sistema interpreta todas las ordenes de venta del dump como 1 sola
ejemplo tu pones stop losse que meta la orden de venta si baja de 1100 a vender a 1095. Si el que dumpea lleva el precio a 1050. despues de esa orden cuando va a ejecutar tus stop losse ya no encajan en el nuevo marco de precios.
nose si esto sera asi pero es lo que e pensado

A bug was recently discovered with Cloudflare, which Kraken and many other websites use for DoS protection and other services. Due to the nature of the bug, we recommend as a precaution that you change your Kraken security credentials:
Change your password
Change your two-factor authentication (remove and re-enable it)
Clients who use API keys should generate a new set of keys
You should similarly change your security credentials for other websites that use Cloudflare (see link below for a list of possibly affected sites). If you are using the same password for multiple sites, you should change this immediately so that you have a unique password for each site. And you should enable two-factor authentication for every site that supports it.
