Al parecer hay exchange chino ya dispuesto desde el minuto 0. Al utilizar nxt como base es muy fácil adaptarlo a exchange
Eso es viejo, la conclusión final es que se puede dar ese uso, por supuesto… pero también otras muchas cosas buenas
no digo que no sea fácil, pero alguien tendrá que representar a Elastic ante ese exchange, y EK no va a ser. Supongo que es fácil que aparezca uno y se haga cargo de esa gestión o de otras. Pero a día de hoy no lo tenemos. Quizás cuando nos acerquemos al 28/2 se aclare el tema.
Y ese exhange chino, se sabe cual es?
Después de tantos meses de incógnitas, me da la sensación que todos los problemas están solucionados. Pero tienes toda la razón que está que no esté todo funcionando y en un exchange tenemos humo y cuentos de la lechera.

justo hoy comenta uno en BTT lo que hablabamos ayer sobre la necesidad de que los dev contacten con algún exchange para poder ser lanzada la moneda. Si EK ha dado a entender que no lo hace, otros lo tendrán que hacer. Sobretodo si lo quieren llevar a Poloniex:

Veo un poco difícil ver a XEL en polo, honestamente, aunque tiene papeletas ya que últimamente solo meten shits con algo “especial”. Seguro que alguien se identifica para ello… si yo fuera uno de los devs, para mi currículum sería muy interesante laboralmente hablando decir que soy yo.

But since it was in the road map it had to be finished.
The new functionality (while running fine in the test benches) works fine, however, before we can test it in the wild, we need actual physical supernodes. This is the next step on the road map list: I will work closely with coralreefer to get some super nodes up and running as quick as possible.

First brave experimental testers can test the new testnet now. But don’t blame me for errors, I have tested the new testnet for 3 hours only so far. Remember to fully (!!!) delete any old versions and do a fresh checkout.
Short guide, but brave testers should already know that: You need JDK 1.8 (set as the standard version) and do a git pull; mvn clean compile package; mvn exec:java; inside the elastic-core directory!
By the way: there is a pseudo-SN active, which will verify everything! But this part is not critical, since the SN update does not require any kind of soft/hard fork.
Later today (or if I burn out, tomorrow or so), the whole package will become more usable, with a real mining software and a working docker image.

Buen trabajo @Pizor, me gusta la idea general, tipografía y colores. Del icono, igual trabajaría una propuesta similar pero sin puntas, que no me dan mucha sensación de “elasticidad”, cualidad que creo sería interesante que transmitiese. Pero vamos, si a ti te gusta así creo que tal cual es bastante chulo
También creo que podría ser interesante probar de hacer un concept poniendo el icono en el listado de coinmarketcap, a ver si se ve bien y resalta. Entiendo que es importante comprobar que sea un icono reconocible a tamaño pequeño.
