Desde que dijeron que les habian robado, nos debian fondos a los que minamos con ellos (en 2018 creo). Hace poco han terminado de devolver ese deuda y cuando voy a retirar los fondos, me dice que tengo los retiros bloqueados ¿?.
Abro ticket de soporte y me contestas los muy sinverguenzas que hay que identificarse hasta la talla de calzoncillos y mandar selfie con documentos etc…
Hay que tener caradura… pretenden que no retiremos los fondos que han tardado años en devolver y encima lo van a conseguir porque no me sale de los mismos vender mi identidad para vete tu a saber para que.

Últimamente abundan este tipo de métodos en muchas plataformas. Es una forma de delegar la responsabilidad en el usuario y así poder evitar pagar el capital que le corresponda.
Ignoro sí es legal conforme a los términos y condiciones que aceptaste. A ver si hay algún otro forero que te sepa dar una respuesta.
Yo tengo un minero funcionando con Nicehash y sin ninguna incidencia hasta la fecha, y lleva unos cuantos años con ellos y he sacado una buena cantidad en montantes bastante majos. Los procesos de verificación de este tipo son bastante penosos, pero prefiero que pequen de exceso que por defecto.
Tengo una cuenta en un Exchange pequeño pequeño (litebit) que hace años que no uso. Volverme a verificar la cuenta es un infierno tan grande que he dejado esa cuenta literalmente muerta. Pero claro, en mi caso yo alli no tengo nada…
A mi no me.molesta que pidan kyc,lo que me indigna es que no lo pidan y después cuando tienen tus criptomonedas en su bolsillo te lo exijan con cualquier escusa. Me parece un chantaje.
Recuerda que KYC ha venido a ser obligado en muchos exchanges y posiblemente lo implementaron tiempo atrás y tu cuenta no la habías actualizado, para mi veo normal el pedir kyc de una cuenta inactiva de mucho tiempo. Ahora piensa las cosas al revés, que pasaría si alguien entrara a tu cuenta y sacara todo? Les reclamarías por no identificar al usuario debidamente…
