He recibido un email justo ahora de mtgox bankruptcy. Se ve que nos devuelven la pasta con un poco de calderilla por los daños.
Os adjunto el email que me han enviado. Ahora lo que nosé es si hay que gestionarlo des de la página de MtGOX o des de Kraken.

On the date of the investigation of claims which took place on February 17, 2016, I approved or disapproved a portion of the claims against to MtGox Co., Ltd. (“MTGOX”) regarding the refund of BTC and money which were filed by the users of MTGOX’s Bitcoin exchange (the “Bankruptcy Claims Related to Exchange”).
On the other hand, this time, I reserved my right to approve or disapprove filed claims which need further investigation or those for which the filed amounts of the Bankruptcy Claims Related to Exchange that was filed are greater than the amounts of the deposit balance that we are aware of. In addition, I reserved my right to approve or disapprove all claims filed by creditors who filed Bankruptcy Claims Related to Exchange based on the deposits of money (including creditors who filed Bankruptcy Claims Related to Exchange based on deposits of BTC), since it is necessary to further verify user information, etc. remaining at MTGOX and, at present, I am not in a position where I can approve or disapprove the above. If the table of results of approval or disapproval that is displayed by clicking the icon that states “Confirm the Results of Approval or Disapproval of the Claims” after logging into such system shows that all the amounts that you filed have been approved, all claims that you filed have been approved and you do not have to do anything in particular at this stage. I will contact you with respect to future procedures when we have progressed to the stage of making distributions.
On the other hand, if you cannot find your results of approval or disapproval even if you click the icon that states “Confirm the Results of Approval or Disapproval of the Claims”, I reserve my right to approve or disapprove the claims that you filed. I will conduct further investigations in the future in respect of the Bankruptcy Claims Related to Exchange for which I reserved my right to approve or disapprove this time, by the date of the next investigation of claims that is scheduled for May 25, 2016. The reason for the reservation of my right to approve or disapprove the claims that you filed may be due to the possibility that the filed amount is greater than the amount of the deposit balance that we are aware of, and in such case, I may request you to change it by decreasing the filed amount. If I make such a request, I will approve the filed amount after decreasing it as of the date of the next investigation of claims that is scheduled for May 25, 2016, if you change the filed amount by decreasing it in accordance with such request.

Enhorabuena, espero que esto no vuelva a producirse, aunque si ves cómo operan los exchanges actuales te das cuenta de que es cuestión de tiempo. De hecho ya ha habido varios sustos aunque llegar a la altura de Mt Gox se me antoja complicado. @JohnGalt no creo que haya dump, ya que el dinero se devuelve a gente que ya tenía bitcoins y no hay mucha razón para que decidan venderlos en masa.
No sé si te he entendido bien. ¿Dices que van a devolver el 100% y un poco más por daños y perjuicios?
¿Cómo puede ser eso posible si se sabe que ha habido robo o malversación de capitales? No puede ser posible encontrar y recuperar ni tan siquiera gran parte del capital.
A ver, yo al ser poca cantidad me han dicho que me lo devuelven íntegro más un pequeñísimo porcentaje por daños (según pone en la tabla que hay en mi panel de control)
Yo lo hice por kraken también. La verdad que no se cuales serán los pasos a seguir, supongo que nos informarán cuando llegue el momento.
En lo que tengo dudas en la forma de devolución (btc o fiat), en un campo del formulario lo preguntaban. Se supone que la pregunta era a modo de sondeo y la elección no sería definitiva, espero que vuelvan a preguntar porque, teniendo en cuenta el precio al que fijaron btc para el proceso, saldria mejor la devolución en fiat ahora mismo. A ver como gestionan eso.
Supongo que tendrían que hacer subasta de btc si quisieran devolver parte en fiat. Pero vamos, que lo ideal seria que devolvieran a todos en btc proporcionalmente y se dejaran de historias.
Hace unos años compré unos BTC en Mt-Gox. Resulta que al poco tiempo quebró, aunque menos mal que vendí alguno para recuperar la inversión y por lo menos no perdí dinero. Me fueron llegando correos de Mt-Gox, siempre en inglés, idioma el cual desconozco completamente, y no había hecho más caso al tema hasta que ayer me encontré con el conocido que me introdujo en este mundo. Resulta que ahora he visto la cotización y me he quedado alucinado ya que tengo bastantes BTC. Encima acabo de ver en este foro que Mt-Gox ha devuelto los BTC, por lo que solicito a alguien a ver si me puede aconsejar de que es lo que tengo que hacer para recuperarlos.
Acaban de enviar un correo informando que suspenden el proceso de bancarrota y comienzan un proceso de rehabilitación civil. ¿Qué significa esto? Que los acreedores pueden recuperar los Bitcoins que tuvieran en el exchange en el momento de la quiebra en lugar de tener que valorarlos en yenes en dicha fecha (unos 400$ por Bitcoin).
Es una gran noticia!!. Lo malo es que esto retrasa aún más el pago a los acreedores y hay que volver a enviar la solicitud con las pruebas que tengamos. Esto supone tener que pasar de nuevo el “bache” de esperar que acepten nuestra solicitud (si esta fue aprobada antes, no hay motivo para pensar lo contrario esta vez).
Otra buena noticia es que probablemente también repartan las monedas resultantes de los forks posteriores de Bitcoin, sobretodo Bitcoin Cash y Bitcoin Gold, aunque puede que lo repartan todo convertido a Bitcoin. Además, ya no sería necesario tener que vender más fondos de MtGox en el mercado con el consiguiente efecto beneficioso.
La fecha límite para realizar las solicitudes es el 22 de octubre de 2018 y las examinan entre enero y febrero de 2019. Todavia no está habilitado el formulario en su web.
