Al igual que nunca se la pusieron montones de presidentes tanto de EEUU ,Rusia , China etcétera anteriormente. Cabecillas de Organizaciones como la CIA, el Mosad etcétera. O filantropos que que corrompen a gobiernos , además de crear muerte y destrucción con sus aportaciones económicas para implantar sus idearios, Soros, Gates y compañia …y así un largo etcétera de corruptos personajes que tienen a sus espaldas , ya sea directa o indirectamente montones de muertos.

Para juzgar a algún mandatario del bando contrario primero tienes que ganar la guerra luego el ganador impone las reglas a seguir.

Pero qué dices si EEUU no reconoce a la Corte Internacional, de hecho a sus funcionarios les somete a todo tipo de presiones: les congela sus cuentas bancarias, les retira visados cuando quieren ir a investigar algo, etc…
EEUU quería hace muchos años que la Corte Internacional dependiese del Consejo de Seguridad de la ONU para tener poder de veto y poder mangonear a discreción (que no digo que aún así no lo haga) como hace con todos los organismos internacionales, en cuanto no lo consiguió dijo que no reconocía su jurisdicción, y con buen criterio, claro, sino iban a ser los más juzgados…

El Sr. Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, nacido el 7 de octubre de 1952, Presidente de la Federación de Rusia, es presuntamente responsable del crimen de guerra de deportación ilegal de población (niños) y del traslado ilegal de población (niños) de las zonas ocupadas de Ucrania a la Federación de Rusia (en virtud de los artículos 8 2) a) vii) y 8 2) b) viii) del Estatuto de Roma). Los crímenes se cometieron presuntamente en territorio ocupado por Ucrania al menos desde el 24 de febrero de 2022. Hay motivos razonables para creer que el Sr. Putin tiene responsabilidad penal individual por los delitos antes mencionados, (i) por haber cometido los actos directamente, conjuntamente con otros y/o a través de otros [artículo 25(3)(a) del Estatuto de Roma], y (ii) por no haber ejercido adecuadamente el control sobre los subordinados civiles y militares que cometieron los actos, o autorizados para su comisión, y que estaban bajo su autoridad y control efectivos, de conformidad con una responsabilidad superior (artículo 28 (b) del Estatuto de Roma).
Es decir, que está evacuando a la población para que las bombas ucranianas no les maten, y le acusan de crímenes de guerra.

Parece que la Administración Biden le ha levantado algún que otro castigo a los miembros de la Corte Internacional.
Estados Unidos puso a Bensouda en una lista negra por su investigación sobre si fuerzas estadounidenses cometieron crímenes de guerra en Afganistán, usando sanciones que autorizó el presidente Donald Trump y que permiten la congelación de activos y la prohibición de viajar.
También se impusieron sanciones a Phakiso Mochochoko, jefe de la División de Jurisdicción, Complementariedad y Cooperación de la Corte Penal Internacional, que tiene su sede en La Haya.
En 2021, el secretario de Estado, Antony Blinken, indicó que se pone fin a las “amenazas e imposición de sanciones económicas y restricciones de visado a integrantes de la Corte”.
Seguro que ahora entendemos mejor la orden de arresto.

1 - On July 17, 1998, the United Nations Diplomatic Conference of Plenipotentiaries on the Establishment of an International Criminal Court, meeting in Rome, Italy, adopted the `Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court’. The vote on whether to proceed with the statute was 120 in favor to 7 against, with 21 countries abstaining. The United States voted against final adoption of the Rome Statute.
8 - Members of the Armed Forces of the United States should be free from the risk of prosecution by the International Criminal Court, especially when they are stationed or deployed around the world to protect the vital national interests of the United States. The United States Government has an obligation to protect the members of its Armed Forces, to the maximum extent possible, against criminal prosecutions carried out by the International Criminal Court.
9 - In addition to exposing members of the Armed Forces of the United States to the risk of international criminal prosecution, the Rome Statute creates a risk that the President and other senior elected and appointed officials of the United States Government may be prosecuted by the International Criminal Court. Particularly if the Preparatory Commission agrees on a definition of the Crime of Aggression over United States objections, senior United States officials may be at risk of criminal prosecution for national security decisions involving such matters as responding to acts of terrorism, preventing the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, and deterring aggression. No less than members of the Armed Forces of the United States, senior officials of the United States Government should be free from the risk of prosecution by the International Criminal Court, especially with respect to official actions taken by them to protect the national interests of the United States.
11 - It is a fundamental principle of international law that a treaty is binding upon its parties only and that it does not create obligations for nonparties without their consent to be bound. The United States is not a party to the Rome Statute and will not be bound by any of its terms. The United States will not recognize the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court over United States nationals.
SEC. 2004. PROHIBITION ON COOPERATION WITH THE INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT.
d) PROHIBITION ON EXTRADITION TO THE INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT- Notwithstanding any other provision of law, no agency or entity of the United States Government or of any State or local government may extradite any person from the United States to the International Criminal Court, nor support the transfer of any United States citizen or permanent resident alien to the International Criminal Court.
h) PROHIBITION ON INVESTIGATIVE ACTIVITIES OF AGENTS- No agent of the International Criminal Court may conduct, in the United States or any territory subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, any investigative activity relating to a preliminary inquiry, investigation, prosecution, or other proceeding at the International Criminal Court.
SEC. 2007. PROHIBITION OF UNITED STATES MILITARY ASSISTANCE TO PARTIES TO THE INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT.
SEC. 2008. AUTHORITY TO FREE MEMBERS OF THE ARMED FORCES OF THE UNITED STATES AND CERTAIN OTHER PERSONS DETAINED OR IMPRISONED BY OR ON BEHALF OF THE INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT.
a) AUTHORITY- The President is authorized to use all means necessary and appropriate to bring about the release of any person described in subsection (b) who is being detained or imprisoned by, on behalf of, or at the request of the International Criminal Court.

Los líderes mundiales, y mundialistas, que hoy acusan a Putin de criminal, callaron y apoyaron sin fisuras a la genocida OTAN.
Desde entonces EEUU y su ejército mundial de la OTAN han bombardeado

LIBIA,
SOMALIA,…
También callaron y lo apoyaron los mismos políticos mundialistas, de izquierdas o de derechas, que hoy critican a la Rusia de PUTIN y apoyan al genocida con su propio pueblo de Dombass Zelenski

Resulta que ningún país de la OTAN que hace frontera con Rusia tiene armamento nuclear. Esto es igual que el tema de los laboratorios, todavía esperamos ansiosos las pruebas de aquello. Sinceramente, lo de los laboratorios no me extrañaría que fuese verdad, pero si lo fuese ya lo habrían demostrado.
Simplemente no se les ha dejado, hasta China ha pedido en la ONU explicaciones a EEUU y no ha pasado nada, el que controla los medios controla el poder,
es un circo cada vez mas espectacular y la gente sigue sin abrir los ojos
